2026: En Masse Agentic AI
Welcome back to brand new year of non-stop innovation If last year was fast-paced - this year we're going to feel the ripples of innovation in every layer of our lives. We're going to see every hyped-up AI application hitting shelves and users gradually but massively. You might blink and miss it, but don't worry! because you're in the right place... This community is the place to be if: - You're curious enough to invest in learning the skills needed to ride the next decade of discovery for your business. - You saw the Internet wave and felt like you missed it. - You want to learn what your competitors are going to be scrambling to figure out months after you've started to implement. This year everything that has been invested starts to materialize in impact, the year of agentic E-commerce, of hiper-targeted product research, agent-enabled websites, on-device AI, augmented reality everywhere... and much much more. Anyone as excited as me?, What is the thing that you are looking forward the most to achieve this year around AI for your business?

@Billy B the biggest difference I find is that GPT are more of a "product" and are locked in with behavior, repeatable etc. The set of instructions are static, it is much more stable, less hallucination. Projects are more fluid, and adapts tone, logic, etc. They are better for brainstorming, flexibility, and evolving conversation, if that makes sense. They both have a use, but GPTs in my opinion, if set up right, are more stable for SOPs and consistent output, plus they are shareable as well.

@Ruhel Ahmed Raktim yes, automation the way you described is definitely leveled up. Each level, (projects, GPT, automations), all have their place. I wil circle back to you when I need more automations!
🚀 Exciting News — Book Launch!
Hey AEO family! I’m beyond thrilled to share that my new book, Happiness by Habit: AI for a Life You Love, is now live on Amazon! 🎉 This project was born from my mission to help entrepreneurs grow with clarity, calm, and the power of ethical AI — and I owe a massive thanks to this community for shaping my thinking in so many ways. 📖 On Page 189, I highlight one of the most influential resources I’ve encountered: REFERENCES & FURTHER READING: The AEO Blueprint: Be the Answer AI Recommends. 2024. Essential reading for understanding Answer Engine Optimization and how to position your business to be recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. This groundbreaking work shaped my approach to AI visibility and digital footprint optimization. A special thank you to @Julian Lopez, @Kasim Aslam, and @Perry Belcher — your leadership is part of the foundation this book is built on. If you’re curious about how to align your life, time, and business with AI in a way that feels empowering and human, I’d be honored if you’d check it out: 👉 Happiness by Habit: AI for a Life You Love —on Kindle this week book.happinessbyhabit.com With love, clarity, and algorithms,— Silvana Pimentel 💛The AI Superpower Implementor

December Core Update - Anyone Seeing Movement Yet?
Google has started rolling out the December core update, and it looks like it may take up to three weeks to fully settle. I’m curious, have any of you started noticing changes yet? Positive lifts, drops, volatility, or nothing at all so far? Also, how do you personally approach core updates at this point: - Do you wait it out and avoid making changes? - Do you dig into pages that moved and look for patterns? - Or do you use it as a signal to revisit content quality, intent, or structure more broadly? Given how much search behavior is shifting toward AI and AEO, I’m especially interested in whether this update feels different from earlier ones this year or if it’s more of the same “let it roll out and see” situation. Would love to hear how others are handling it.

@Brooklyn Gunter are you looking for a tracker?

@Brooklyn Gunter i was given a link for a tracker similar to local dominator, etc for Gmb, but for the Ai engines. I haven't set it up or tried it yet, as I knew I was going to have to hook up some APi's and it broke my brain a little. Tech side is not my source of joy!
Partner needed
Anyone selling AEO as a service yet? I can sell it I just need a deliverability partner

@Kurt Koenige are you delivering or just discussing? I have had some good progress with redoing existing, but still working on process, not enough data to test yet.

@Seth Greene I have started, Actually just got a huge lead/patient in medical from GPT. Started with speakable schema updates. But I don't have a firm process (predictable yet) that I can count on day in and day out as I am still learning it. I am getting ready to start tracking more, and may do a couple of my own case studies for fun just to hammer down the process.
