What is your current goal ?
Hey there, I hope everyone is doing well, Thank you for joining, that's so cool, I just created this group and suddenly more than 20 people joined, I imagine all of us in a classroom and tell myself that's quite a large group. I was wondering the best way to help you guys and so I asked myself what could be some goals that you want to share with the community so I can see what could be done. We're building this together! Feel free to send me private messages also if you have suggestions or other things to share

@Omar Jadan I also need to work more on sleep and agreee with a lot of what you say. I do find that these red light blocking glasses make a huge difference in helping me get tired sooner. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0FWX9H9NT?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 I heard on a podcast that light depletes the body's natural storage of melatonin. Especially blue light waves, bright lights, as well as lights that are shining downward at you, as opposed to shining up at you. It has to do with the biology of the eyes, or something, said the podcast. Also, some biohackers I follow say that magnesium before bed helps with sleep. Which is good because magnesium absorption is affected by other things, like calcium, and magnesium is not good to take at the same time because it affects absorption. Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube says magnesium is super important for people, and most people don't get enough. He also warned that the daily dose is misleading. The daily dose is the bare minimum needed to prevent certain diseases in healthy people, but he said you would want to take more than that amount for blablabla reasons. Also, there are multiple types of magnesium supplements, and the common ones are not that good, he said, since they give stomach issues and have low absorption. I take the Magnesium Bisglycinate version. I will post the Amazon link below; it's a good option for Canadians. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B085LSCRBL?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 Anyways, hopefully that helps ya. The red light glasses really do make a big difference to me in going to sleep sooner.

Good Day everyone, - I currently have no home base, but I grew up near Winnipeg, Canada. - I have decided to dedicate my life to becoming an insanely good reader and teaching others how to do it. I'm confident I will be great at this. I have always been bad at reading, and I'm still a bad reader. I will be putting my full energy into improving my reading in 2-3 months, once I finish my last work obligation. - Moonwalking with Einstein was an interesting book. I would love to do something similar, but instead of becoming a memory athlete, become a reading athlete. - I would love to say I'm a huge bookworm, but in reality, it pains me how few books I have read. Currently, most of my reading is researching things with Chat GPT. I'm very grateful for the internet. With the internet, I feel like I can learn how to do anything. I agree with Ioni. Still waiting for @Moustapha Sall answers :P :)

@Ioni Papadakis I would say you have leveled up your life being in Montreal. Winnipeg is still a nice place, but I'm imaging Montreal is better. :)
