Why are the Wins of the Day so important for your life?
🏆 wins of the day This practice can literally change your life, and it’s such a huge tradition in our community because of that. Here is why it matters so much. 1. 🧠 it creates self worth When we focus on our wins of the day and we write them down, we focus on our success. When we focus on our success, we see ourselves as more successful. Over time, this creates self worth. 2. 🎯 it makes you take up territory in your life Focusing on those valued actions and celebrating them makes you want to do more of those valued actions, which is taking up territory in your life. During the day you’re reminded, through your focus, about the valued actions, which means you’re going to do even more valued actions because it’s in your focus. And then you write them down at night, or during the day, in your wins of the day in the community. 3. 🗺️ it takes territory away from the anxiety The more we focus on our valued actions, the more territory we take away from OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, agoraphobia, DPDR, health anxiety, and everything else. 4. 🫂 it’s a community practice We are learning how to engage in a positive way in a community that’s not about venting or a victim mindset, but about sharing our valued actions and the things we’re interested in and passionate about. We see other people’s passions and excitements, and it helps us see what other possibilities are out there and what other people are doing. 5. 💡 it makes you lighter, and lighter means more ideas The more we focus on the good, the better we see our lives, the lighter we are, the less resistance we have, and the more ideas we have. The more possibilities we see. More ideas for business, more possibilities out there. And because we are lighter, we have more energy and more courage to go for those opportunities. 🎥 I came across this video that show us why the wins of the day are so powerful. Thank you for explaining @Star Taylor 🙏 I done you a little video explaining as I write my wins down, I miles prefer pen and paper as I work 10 hours a day with technology, so I love my balance of our old school ways and a break from phones and laptops 😁
DPDR and Intrusive thoughts. Hosnia kept going for her tomorrow woman
I'm incredibly proud of our amazing member @Hosnia Qazi . She did exposure therapy, which didn't work for her, and tried so many things but never gave up. She joined our community a month ago and, even though she was suffering, brought a committed energy to the calls. Hosnia found the power of spending time outside of her head. Being present. How that gives the brain a different signal. She started practicing but... The brain didn't like it. Hosnia was not doing the safety compulsions inside of her head anymore. So the brain needed to get her attention: "Hosnia, I need you to listen," as the brain gave her more excessive thoughts. Things got worse. But Hosnia stayed resilient. Even though things got worse, she kept going. For her tomorrow woman. For her children. For her loved ones. For herself. The brain started to get the signal. 1 hour was different. Lighter. Less noise. 2 hours 3 hours! A day!! 2 days!!! Hosnia almost couldn't believe it. It's been a month. But now there's hope. And hope is so important to have. Hope to keep moving. There will still be ups and downs. But now she has developed a skill that is with her all her life. That improves her life. Hosnia, I'm proud of you! We are all proud of you! You did this! And here is something I want you all to notice. Hosnia showed up to the group coaching calls every single week. She's been adding her Wins of the Day consistently. And she applied the tools week by week. That is where a lot of this happened. Please don't read this as a comparison. Don't compare yourself with other people's results here. You don't know how long they have been practicing or what their week looks like. The only comparison that matters is you today against you before you started. Trust the process. Be coachable. Show up to the group coaching calls. And I want to say I'm so proud of so many of you. The valued actions you are doing. The territory you take up. The courage you have to move forward while accepting any emotions and thoughts.

Watch it here: https://www.skool.com/star-jesse-taylor-3703/classroom/1f201246?md=b1656418d4ac4186b46dd6a7edd5207f I put the whole thing on the whiteboard. What keeps you on track, what takes you off it, and what to do in the moment you notice you've slipped. WHAT'S IN IT: 🛤 The framework, so at any point in your day you can tell whether you're on track or off it 🔁 What rumination actually is. It's not the thought, it's what you do next, and that changes how you practise 📈 Why your symptoms get louder once you start doing this properly, and why that's the sign it's working 🔥 The attitude when the feeling shows up. Not "please don't hurt me" but "yes, I get to practise" 🌅 Why the first ten minutes of your day decide the other fifteen hours, and how to set them the night before ⏳ The tomorrow man, drawn out on the board Caitlin doesn't need her afternoon nap anymore. Erik came on his first call, told us about his gambling, and then about standing in the park with his daughter actually seeing the leaves. Leanne talks herself through her whole morning out loud. Mona does one thing she's scared of every day. I also coach Giovanni live through a business decision he'd been stuck on for weeks, and Misha asks whether the tomorrow man is just hustle culture. If you're on the free trial, you can upgrade any time and the recording unlocks. Watch it, then comment the one thing that landed for you 👇 ⏱ CHAPTERS 0:00 🎯 What we're doing today 3:12 🧭 Giovanni: stop chasing results, start exploring 6:03 ⭐ Caitlin: I don't need my daily nap anymore 9:32 ⏳ I'm patient because I'm impatient 10:55 💛 Dania: I almost didn't come on camera today 18:43 📱 Social media: push it to the end of the day 20:14 🪝 Daniel: catching the urge before it takes you 24:50 📈 The uncertainty curve: why it gets worse before it gets better 26:45 🗣 Leanne: talking out loud through her whole morning

The way you lay out our recordings with the times and pointers for each is soo helpful! Thank you 🙏
Fabulous advice
I just had to screen record this part of Star’s live. Without practising this every day, I definitely wouldn’t be able to keep working towards desensitising my body. I’m fully aware that recovery happens in our body, not just in our heads, and this 100% helps keep me on track. 🥳
