Community Question: Where Are You Stuck With AI? 🤔
It’s Community Question Wednesday, so I want to hear from you today. There are a LOT of ways you could be using AI in your real estate business, but usually there’s one spot that feels the most frustrating or confusing. Where are you most stuck with AI right now? If you had to pick just one, would it be: 1️⃣ Turning AI into consistent social content (posts, reels, stories) 2️⃣ Using AI for follow-up + email without sounding robotic 3️⃣ Building systems/workflows (checklists, templates, SOPs) 4️⃣ Something else completely? 👇 In the comments, reply with: Your number (1, 2, 3, or 4), and One sentence about what you wish AI would help you with this week. This will help me aim future prompts, trainings, and examples exactly where you need them most.

Prompt of the Week: 1 Local Event → 5 Posts
For this week’s Prompt of the Week, we’re keeping the Small Business Saturday / shop local energy going. 🛍️ Instead of letting that content be “one and done,” let’s use AI to turn one local event or business into multiple posts. Use this prompt (copy, paste, and customize): 👇 Prompt of the Week: You are a social media strategist for a residential real estate agent in [CITY / AREA]. The agent wants to build authority by highlighting local events and small businesses, not just listings. Here is one event or business they want to feature: [paste description, link, or details]. Based on this, give me 5 different social media post ideas. For each idea, include: A short hook line A 2–3 sentence caption in a friendly, human voice A simple image idea I could create with AI A call to action that encourages comments or saves You can run the same prompt again with different events (holiday markets, parades, fundraisers, local shops, etc.) and build out a whole month of “I’m the local connector” content. 👇 In the comments, drop: 1️⃣ The event or business you’re going to plug into this prompt 2️⃣ Your favorite post idea after you run it through your AI

1. Alondra’s Candle Co. “Because sometimes you just need a ‘treat yourself’ moment 🕯️✨ ”Caption: I stopped into Alondra’s Candle Co. and instantly got that ahhh feeling. If your week has been a little chaotic, this is your sign to pick up something cozy for yourself. Local, affordable, and seriously so calming.Image idea: Warm-toned photo of someone holding a candle in two hands. CTA: “Would you go for something sweet or something fresh? Tell me below!” I attempted to change this up multiple time and chat wasn't quite getting it. I love the idea and will craft it to sound more like me. I used my computer, I think my chat on my phone knows me better 😅

@Melissa Selvig-Mantilla there were parts of multiple options provided that I liked. I asked chat to blend them and it did- but also added more. none of the options fully sounded like me. This prompt, and chat, definitely got the thoughts flowing. This is what i'm thinking for social: Every year I go to the pop-up shop at Blakes school and it never disappoints! This time, I discovered Alondra’s Candle Co. The owner was truly the sweetest. I walked away with more than I needed but seriously could. not. decide. With small business Saturday right around the corner I highly recommend. They make the perfect gift and have so many items to choose from- not just candles! best part- they are affordable. They do a lot of pop-up shops this time of year so I would recommend checking their website or calling before visitng the store front. I also can't seem to get a photo that looks like me. but I will keep playing along with it! Excited to learn more!
