@David Bakino heard some say you need carbs to get the carnitine into the blood. I've been able to try it with no carbs and the endurance is amazing. Too early to notice any fat burning

Awesome. So far the injectable L carnitine has improved my work out performance. Cardio is actually fun now. I'll see what type of results I notice over the next few weeks
