🍪I Almost Ate The Cookies…
This weekend was supposed to be Nestlé chocolate chip cookies with French vanilla ice cream—my reward after six days of strict discipline. I go all-in on my macros: 210g protein, under 50g carbs. No sugar. No excuses. But as the oven preheated, I heard that question: “Are you actually disciplined?” Sure, I’m disciplined when I’ve got a reward waiting. But what if there’s no prize at the end of the week? What if it’s just me and my goals—no cheat meal on the calendar? That moment made me reflect: True discipline isn’t just about a schedule. It’s about being 100% focused, even when there’s no finish line in sight. Fitness is easy in the gym—I enjoy that. The challenge is in the kitchen, or in other areas of life. Can I push forward without needing my mood or a reward to dictate it? My challenge to you: Where are you letting your feelings determine your discipline? Are you focused, even when the “treat” isn’t in sight? Let’s build that type of discipline—beyond cookies.

I feel that is so true. We want to be disciplined in so many areas. But we lose focus. It’s so easy to do and we’re the same way when it comes to our relationship with God. How disciplined and obedient are we really? When trials and tribulations come are we going to stay locked in with the one who holds it all together for us? That’s why we have to pick up our cross and follow him daily recharge, refocus, and recommit.🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️
Vibin and Thrivin
Today I'm grateful for embracing and celebrating this new decade of my life instead of fearing it, freaking out about it or finding fault with who I am as I enter it.

Pick Your Pain
A few years ago, a coach asked me a simple but piercing question: “What hurts worse—the pain of discipline or the pain of regret?” Experience has taught me the answer. And if we’re honest… you probably know it too. So here’s the real question ⬇️ If regret hurts more, why do you keep choosing it? Why allow the same pain to show up over and over again— in your health, your leadership, your calling? Discipline is uncomfortable once. Regret makes you relive the cost repeatedly. Pick your pain. But this time—choose the one that builds you. 💪

Through pain it builds character, strength and resilience. Even though pain hurts there is a great outcome having discipline, consistency, and commitment. The regret hurts more because you choose not to be disciplined, consistent, and commitment to the process. So today I embrace the pain staying focused on the assignment and calling that God has on my life. 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️
⚠️ Counterfeit Confidence
We’re flipping the script on confidence—it’s not about what you do or have, but who you’re becoming. In just two minutes, let’s expose counterfeit confidence and embrace confidence rooted in who you are—especially in Christ.

Being rooted in Christ knowing your identity and your being. The one who created you for a purpose by his marvelous works. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. When we have a deep and strong relationship with him understanding his love. Then we can walk in confidence.🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️
