Hello, all my is LaVal Smith, I'm from Philadelphia Pa aka Philly My favorite thing to do is spend time with my Wife and three kids I work for a shipping company name Uline I met Prada at Subto meetup where he was the guest speaker. After hearing him speak, I knew I had to learn from him. SO, I looked him up on Instagram and now I'm here and ready to get active. My goal is to buy an Multi Unit property within 6 months. Also, I would like to leave my 9-5 job by the end of the year and only focus real estate full time the start of the 2026 year.
