1. My purpose this year is to get to the weight i want and stay there! No more up downs. 2. Stick to the program as best as I can,stop being on my phone as much as I am and work less ( 4 days a week) 2. I have to cut down how much I work and go for more walks. Also I want to improve my sleep. 3. 4. My biggest error is going off the program and eating crap and then feeling horrible and hard to get back on track. I need to go on at least 1 call a week to keep me on track. 5. I want to learn more about brain enhancement and better sleep 6. I watch politics too much and get depressed about what's going on so I need to stop watching it so much 7. I wish I knew why I keep going off the program because when im consistent I feel amazing 8. I am consistent with going to my 8am crossfit classes
