Day 3: Laura’s Audience Signal
The internal monologue that resonated most for my audience is: “𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀.” This matters to my brand because it captures exactly what many Skool owners are looking for. They do not just want more activity. They want visibility that leads somewhere. They want participation that helps more people discover their community, join their email list, and become part of what they are building. That is the role of Skooler Spotlight. I built it around Accelerator Events and structured participation loops because growth becomes much stronger when visibility happens inside a repeatable system.

@Ruben Plasmeijer I am leaving communities that do "gif war's" and "comment the most on this post, so you can win ..." They have a bunch of engagement, so people seem to like it, but even if mine is more quiet, I keep my posts useful instead of superficial. I just don't want to waste anyone's time.

@Ruben Plasmeijer If we can't do stupid numbing scrolls anymore, we will find another way to waste our time :) Ridiculous !
Day 7: Laura's brand is launched! 🚀
This week gave me a much clearer picture of what works. My biggest aha is that Skool owners respond well when the path feels simple, structured, and easy to follow. That reinforced the direction behind Skooler Spotlight. The strongest signal was not just that people were interested, but that some followed through and one person took the time to leave a review. My weekly rhythm going forward is: Monday: a challenge, prompt, or activation Wednesday: an insight about structured visibility or participation Friday: a win, proof point, or lesson learned For the next 30 days, I will build authority around structured visibility for Skool owners who want more participation, email list growth, and new member momentum.

@Anna Stoilova I am an all or nothing girl, if I leave the next steps for tomorrow, there is a good change I'll forget all about them, so if the steps are there, I'll take them all :)

Laura did it ⭐️
Laura completed the 7-Day Brand Sprint. Not in 7 days. Not in 7 hours. In just a few hours, she completed the sprint, and entered the Hall of Fame ⭐️ In the infographic below, you'll see what Laura achieved and her weekly rhythm going forward.: 1️⃣ IDENTITY: Defined her value proposition to help Skool owners grow, backed by 35+ years of process management experience. 2️⃣ VISUAL BRAND: Created her professional visual identity to serve as her brand foundation. 3️⃣ AUDIENCE: Discovered her audience desires structured growth that builds lasting momentum over fleeting activity. 4️⃣ STORY: Articulated her origin story, emphasizing that community visibility requires repeatable systems. 5️⃣ PROFILE: Optimized her primary digital authority profile by removing irrelevant noise. 6️⃣ VALIDATION: Pre-validated her 5x5 Activation Challenge, securing active participants, completions, and a glowing review. 7️⃣ LAUNCH: Officially launched with a structured weekly rhythm and a 30-day authority-building plan It's true, Laura didn't start from scratch. But she saw VALUE in doing the brand exercise even AFTER she already had a product in place. The 7-Day Brand Sprint is something you can do over and over again, as your Brand goes through various stages, pivots and evolutions. What are you waiting for? 😜 If @Laura Paulina can, you can also complete the brand sprint. Today.

Day 4: Laura’s origin story
After 35+ years of process and project management, and 4 years of trying to build my online business organically, I realized that visibility works best when it is structured. Most people focus on posting more, doing more, and hoping attention turns into growth. I focus on creating Accelerator Events and participation systems that help people get seen, build momentum, and create real movement. That shift changes everything for Skool owners who want growth that feels active, visible, and repeatable. Skooler Spotlight came from that belief. I have seen that good people with valuable communities still need the right structure for visibility to compound. Activity on its own is rarely enough. What creates momentum is a system that gives people a reason to participate, return, and be seen. That is the part I care about building. PS I've included a review I received 4 days ago, because I don't take pictures of myself.

@Anna Stoilova I (still) try to get Just1Funnel of the ground. That is where I help you find your strength, turn it into an offer, and build a simple ecosystem around it.

@Anna Stoilova I want to steer away completely from social media, and only go all in on Skool. I think Social Media is an endless pit to throw stuff in that never get's seen :) I do blogging, and Pinterest posts to my blogs, but that's about it at the moment.
