After more than 25 years in education, I've lived the burnout, the toxic load, pressure that no classes, conferences or trainings prepare us for. Still in education, I am also now a certified health coach & doctoral researcher studying the impact of leadership practices on educator well-being. Join our community of like minded individual that actually understand what it's like in public education and then decided to take part in case study to attempt to better world of education for the educators in hopes to lessen exodus. @Rositsa Aleksandrova I’ve been more focused on paying attention to the air around me, so changes are noticed sooner! Once I can recognize the point right before, I think I will be much more advanced. Actively practicing!!

@Rositsa Aleksandrova see I can’t sit in silence! My mind is too loud when it’s silent. I do my best to observations in nature with the natural sounds. I’m currently walking in a park next to the ocean. I hear birds, I hear seagulls I see chipmunks and squirrels. I can hear the water. This is where my mind calms and I can begin to listen to the universe. Silence is too loud for me.
