I thought this article might help others too. I struggle with word vomit… so I’m going to try this and see if it gets results. 🤞 https://www.benchmarkone.com/blog/implement-9-word-email-marketing/amp/
Hey everyone! It is THURSDAY! You all know what that means! Throwback Thursday! Yay!! We love sharing and hearing about experiences so I would love to hear about yours! What was your favorite SSHC experience? It could be anything! It could be when you heard a specific talk, met new people, or even went to lunch with people on the beach! Would love to hear about it!
2 moments with your parents: 1- your dad knew who I was and spoke to me from the heart saying I was playing scared. He is right. 2- meeting your mom and talking about the Celtics, and you cuz I really wanted to meet you in person since 2020. Meeting all the people I had connected with thru the years of being in the SSHC community. Patrick Luo getting on the table enthusiastically.. man he needs to bottle that energy and sell it! And the late night conversations I had with my roommate Alyssa Samuelson which reminded me that maybe I have more to offer than just cheerleading. 🙏
Hi, my name is Laura, I’m from Northborough MA, and I’m a (profession) Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Strength Coach. I started out 6 years ago in the "women over 40 who want to stay active for life" niche. I've been focusing the last 2 years on cheer moms who want their cheerleaders to stay healthy and who want to stay active in keeping up with them. (Neither has gained significant traction so far). I want to get these things from the SSHC Group: 1. Collaborate and grow my online fitness business 2. Grow my online programs and coaching 3. Brainstorm/ 'mastermind' with like minded people, while supporting their journey too 4. Get better clarity on my niche For fun, I like to: 1. Travel (and I want to do more of it :) 2. Spend time at my lake house in the Adirondaks 3. Cheer on the Patriots, Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox
Let's welcome @Melissa Knowles and @Elsa Escobedo-Lopez to our SSHC Group! Introduce yourselves! Let us know: 1. Who you are (Your Profession) 2. Who you serve 3. What you would like to get from this group!
Scheduled a discovery visit for a potential client. Sold 1/10 spots for an in person course I'm co-hosting at my day job. Scheduled 2 people to interview for my podcast. Signed up for the challenge :) Took my dad to multiple MD appointments and he is stable after a really rough year.Made a puzzle with my mom....which although making puzzles gives me agita, spending quality time with my mom was really nice. (Feels good to recognize the wins. Thanks for this)
@Jeanette De Witt Thanks for doing that math out! My goal is 120,000/year..but I have to get to 100,000 first. It's daunting, but I like that you reminded me that the website can be a way to draw conversations (not just cold messaging on FB) Time to make that puppy do more work!

Starting random conversations with people is challenging for me, and something I have been working on improving on. I appreciate the guidance on starting to talk with other professionals etc. I find that easier than people I am trying to help...lol...maybe that's the problem ..need to think on this one. I am no where near the numbers Greg talked about and if I want to make this my full time business I need to up my standards for m
I went from 2 non paying to 1 paid 4 free (for total 5 people)in my online group fitness program. I want to convert 3 to paying and returning customers. And get the group to 10+ for February. I’ve realized I have to post daily to get seen and I plan to continue doing so. I’m also working on connecting with more people. By June I want this group to be over 100 and I want to be able to go all in.
We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas day filled with love and family! What was your favorite memory from Christmas Day? Mine was getting a clarinet I had asked for! Now I just have to learn how to play it again! 😂
Spent time with the people who mean the world to me. And today was a day that I could catch up at home. I didn’t get it all done, but I did relax and that was important. I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday ♥️
#Monday, September 19 Training It doesn't matter if you're the best around, if people don't know who you are, you won't get clients.. I need to sit and think more on how to get people to notice.
I graduate from PT school this Friday! Best birthday present ever!!(it was yesterday:) I am planning on taking some time off to just ski and soak it all in, but next I’ll be launching my online career as a Cash based PT. I will need location independence since I am going to be traveling to Ecuador and Spain to be with my girlfriend over the next two years as we get married in her country of Ecuador and then move to Spain where she will do a 1 year masters degree. I can’t wait for all that this time in my life will hold. It is a little nerve wracking because I will have to try and seek out opportunities to use my new skills online where I can’t use any manual therapy! 😝 I hope to expand upon my current online sphere of Tall Team Training (@tallteamtraining on IG) into the world of PT and basically operate that way as an online PT/Personal Trainer for people. I hope to eventually create some courses for jump sport athletes in high school. Volleyball and Basketball essentially. I just love my tall gangly folks(I’m 6’4”)! 😁🥰 Time and financial freedom is the ultimate goal so I can build my life with my future wife! Once we get married we can start the process of getting her a visa so we can move back Colorado, Steamboat Springs specifically, and lay down some roots! Anyways, so nice to be in this group and I hope maybe some of you have some words of wisdom for this new grad who’s about to jump two feet first into this new phase of life. Here’s to just doing my best to start building it right from the beginning! I am ready for the wins and lessons that will come along the way!
Hey everyone! I'd to hear about your business bottlenecks and if/how you overcame them. Currently, mine is the client lifecycle. I don't have a super standardized funnel for clients so to address that, I am working on my website and email strategy. My goal is to launch 3 new resources in the new year (a free resource, a paid membership, and a paid resource) and leverage those on my website to collect emails and follow up with an email campaign. It definitely feels like a huge task because there are so many moving parts!
I haven't had a lot of success yet, but I have a bunch of free e-books and a free bodyweight strength training program which lead to an email funnel working on builiding trust. I honestly think no one knows about my products and/or I'm not using language (questions) that get people to look at them. I haven't started FB ads and possibly that would help. I'm interested to hear what you come up with and how it rolls out.
