I am in
🚶‍♀️ I’ve decided we’re doing a Step Challenge for the month of June… and we start tomorrow!
And before anyone ask no, you don’t have to power walk 10 miles a day or spend hours on a treadmill. 😆 I wanted to do something simple that almost everyone can participate in, because sometimes we forget that the little things done consistently are what create the biggest results. Walking is one of the most powerful tools we have, and it’s completely free. More steps can help: ✅ Boost energy ✅ Improve mood ✅ Support heart health ✅ Help with fat loss ✅ Reduce stress ✅ Improve sleep ✅ Keep us moving well as we age But here’s the thing… I’m not interested in helping you become a smaller version of yourself. I’m interested in helping you become a stronger version of yourself. That’s why this challenge goes hand in hand with strength training and good nutrition. When you combine: 💪 Lifting weights 🥗 Eating enough protein and nourishing your body🚶‍♀️ Moving more throughout the day Amazing things start to happen. You feel stronger. You have more energy.Your clothes fit better. You build confidence. And yes… fat loss becomes a whole lot easier. At 61, I can tell you this isn’t about chasing a number on the scale anymore. It’s about building a body that lets you live life fully for years to come. So whether your goal is 5,000 steps, 8,000 steps, 10,000 steps, or somewhere in between, I want you to join us. Let’s make June the month we stop waiting for motivation and start building momentum. 👇 Comment below with your daily step goal and let’s do this together!

THE # ON THE SCALE
Can I ask you something personal? 👇 How many of you step on the scale first thing in the morning and let that number decide how you feel for the rest of the day? And how many of you have sworn it off completely and never look back? I know we’re all different with this one. 💙 But for those of you who DO weigh yourself can I offer you something to think about? The scale has absolutely no idea how strong you’re getting. It can’t see that you added 5lbs to your deadlift this week. It doesn’t know you hit 100g of protein three days in a row. It has no clue that your jeans are fitting differently or that you actually LIKED what you saw in the mirror this morning. So what if alongside the scale or instead of it you started tracking THIS? 👇 💪 Are you lifting heavier than last month? 📸 Have you taken a progress photo lately? 🥩 Are you consistently hitting your protein? ⚡ Is your energy better than it was 30 days ago? 🛏️ Are you sleeping more soundly? Because THOSE things tell the real story of what’s happening inside your body. The scale measures gravity. Nothing more. It does not measure your strength, your consistency, your muscle, or the woman you’re becoming through this process. So tell me are you a scale person or have you ditched it? I’m genuinely curious where this community lands on this one. 👇

So true
Be Honest — What’s Your Biggest Struggle Right Now?
If I were coaching you 1:1, this is what I’d ask first. 👇👇👇 Comment the number that fits best: 1️⃣ Low energy 2️⃣ Belly fat 3️⃣ Consistency 4️⃣ Time / overwhelm No judgement. This helps me support you better. I want to provide you with the best tools for success we’re in this together. I’ll go first 💪🏻
