What is your character's common fear, and what is their uncommon one?

If your story includes fantastical elements, what form do those elements take? Were they always meant to be there or did they work their way in slowly? Did you resist adding those elements or embrace the idea?

What would happen if you had to fill in for someone at the last moment? It's easy enough when you know what you're doing, but what if you don't? Do you fake it til you make it or ask your new coworkers for help?
