I am loving Claude, my new bestie as business partner. That's part sarcasm - I'm not getting weird by replacing AI with the human elements. But when I've felt overwhelmed by special projects, it has saved me a lot of time and frustration. For example, an e-commerce client that had hundreds of inventory items over 2 websites with no real tracking system; Claude took several csv files and created a useable, importable list with new SKUs. Another client ran an end-of-year payroll that had all incorrect amounts and deductions. It happened just before switching to another payroll provider. What a nightmare - until Claude walked me through all the correction amounts and journal entries, complete with audit-ready explanations. CoWork is currently setting up my practice management processes in ClickUp, something I had been putting off but now enjoy. And there is more. If you're hesitating for fear of learning a new software, don't! Just jump in and ask Claude what it can do with a problem you're having. It is a patient, intelligent teacher, as is Mark Wickersham!
