My goal is to get more people outdoors walking and enjoying views. I have a back ground in physical training and nutrition so a good chunk of my lessons will be focused on how to be a healthier and stronger person so you can hike any trail with ease. As I explore more trails around the world I'll share lessons about everything else hiking related.
