Thank you! I missed the first half and trying to catch up
Your Pricing Is an Identity Decision
The amount you charge for your services actually has nothing to do with the dollar amount. It’s about the level of transformation your nervous system believes you can safely facilitate and what you are open to receive in exchange for that level. In other words, it’s about your 👉🏽 identity & the internal story it holds What we call an “offer” is really a container for depth. Lowest level of depth = information. Higher level of depth = guided implementation. Deepest level = identity transformation sustained over time. Here’s an example from my previous events. Notice how the price increases as the depth increases: $8 = access $27 = proximity $499 = 1:1 personalized insight $1,111 = 9 weeks of structured identity reconstruction $3,500 = 9 weeks of identity reconstruction + 5-day immersive retreat (embodiment) Different prices. Different containers. Different levels of change. Truth💣 Different levels that I am able to hold & receive internally. These numbers change depending on who YOU believe you are. #period Low ticket doesn’t mean low value. High ticket doesn’t mean greed. They both reflect how deeply you’re prepared to go — and how deeply you’re structured to support someone through implementation. Because you can deliver information in an hour. But deep transformation requires structure, accountability, and identity stabilization. And that’s what people are paying for. When you look at your current offer or offer stack… Are your prices aligned with the depth you can truly hold? Or aligned with the version of you that feels safer staying small?

This puts things into perspective ! I provided in home health care some time ago that barely gave me the financial stability. I was not focused on value but what I assume others could handle financially . And my prices mirrored that= burnout and undervalued

A little bit like a release! Like that first driving lesson. Excited, a little nervous while thinking “I’m really doing this!”

And of course yesterday, I received a FEW more confirmations. Even a pain I’d been having in my body released 🤣
The cost
I first wanted to do this sometime around 2018. I recognized the skills earlier on however unaware what I would want to do with the skills. I have always helped others to heal in one way or another, even as a young child but unaware of what that meant truly, unaware of a gift. Tracing back to at least 2018, it’s been 2,555 days This has cost me a lot of money for nursing school! The peace of operating in my true self. This has cost me heartache as I absorbed more than I could expel for lack of wisdom regarding my calling. This has cost me pain as a result of self doubt, constantly denying self and time that I could have been focused on my own inner world instead of competing in the outer world for their paper acknowledgment (although helpful, depending) I had lost ME as a result of split identity. And a lot of sleep and confidence!

@Dr. Kimesha McDowell nervous system Has been shooketh for quite some time I can say honestly
Identity Confusion Is Expensive.
When you don’t know who you are, you don’t know what you’re actually offering to others. And when you don’t know what you’re offering, you end up doing a lot of unpaid labor. Unpaid emotional labor. Unpaid intellectual labor. Invisible labor. You will unknowingly teach, guide, mentor. You will give insight people keep for life. But because you haven’t named your IDENTITY, put a value on your VOICE, or the transformation you offer, it gets treated like it was free. This doesn’t only happen in business. It shows up in over-delivering, allowing people to drain you without any ROI and this one too 👉🏽 relationships where you give more than you receive. It’s Not always because people are trying to use you. Sometimes it’s because they can see value in you that you haven’t fully claimed yet. This is why identity isn’t just a “mindset” issue. It’s an economic one. When you stabilize your identity , monetization stops being confusing. because now you know who you are & you know what you’re actually doing. It’s no longer invisible. Because you’ve made it crystal clear 👌🏾

Ha! This is so filling to read as it is clear to me some of my lag is just as you mentioned. “How could I… if I haven’t…” when the only reason is simply because we “haven’t” or “hadn’t” learning is a process that even teachers across all boards continue to do as we must allow that same grace to ourselves. I remember plenty of times while in school… the teacher was incorrect or learned something new while going through the lesson. That didn’t mean the teacher wasn’t qualified. That acquired knowledge was there and being in alignment means willing to accept new info for growth. i love that you are done draining yourself and I love your awareness of how your energy is being utilized. It’s can be like a faucet… but that don’t mean we have to let it run all day. Thats a lot of currency ! Thank you for sharing this with me!
