Hola, My name is Latina and I live in south Georgia. I won't say I was ever fluent in spanish but I was able to partially hold conversation years ago. It's true what they say, "if you don't use it, you lose it". I am a medical professional and a large amount of my clients are spanish speaking with English as their second language. Although there are no communication gaps, I'd like to be able to hold conversation in both languages.
