Retainers removal removal
Tomorrow I’m getting my upper and lower retainers removed to allow for better growth from “thumbpulling” and the Reviv mouthguard. I’ve been doubting this decision for quite a while, but after advice from Santiago I’ve decided to go through with it. I’m honestly pretty nervous because my teeth might become uglier or start shifting crooked. What’s the best protocol to follow over the next few days?
The Hgh I just got in are in 10iu vials. But say tested at 14.6
Should I dose off the 14.6 or 10iu? Also is .5ml enough bac water for the 10iu, I hate doing injections with more then like 15 units

If I were you I would dose of the 10iu. You don’t know if every vial has more then the 10iu. I do 2ml BAC water with 36iu so you should be fine with 0,5ml. My supplier has cheaper HGH (360 IU for $200 ($0,55 per IU)) so if you want my supplier contact me.
Do I need to remove my fixed retainer?
I am 18, I’ve had braces, and I now have a permanent retainer behind my teeth. I’ve been following Santiago for a while and have been doing “thumb pulling / 3D oral pushing” for about 3 months, and I wear a Reviv mouthguard. I’ve come to the conclusion that for better results, I probably need to have my retainer removed. Can someone (preferably Santiago 😊) confirm this? And what about the retainer on my lower teeth? And what should I tell my dentist? Thanks in advance!

@E S Alright thank you, one last question :). What mouthguard do you use?

@Santiago Figarola thank you so much for your response. What mouthguard is the best to keep teeth straight and to improve. At this moment I am waaring the V2. I am thinking about buying the V3.
