Week 2 officially in motion. Started on Sunday Still trying new green juices - I believe tomorrow morning will be the last one and then I will start to repeat. I circled all of my favorites to remake. I also wrote down a few green recipes - vegetable forward - to try. I will share when I try! Todays green juice is the Green Energy Boost - I added a head of romaine and a beet! I’ve found that making the juice right before drinking it delivers the best results!! For lunch and snack- I have the best kale smoothie again from week 2 with extra banana, fennel greens and ginger! And then a mono meal of red grapes Dinner tonight is leftover burgers from this weekend! Started the morning with 30 mins yin yoga and then 30 min power yoga Yesterday my monthly cycle started and I did 1 hour of yin yoga specifically for menstruation, once in the AM and another time before bed. I made a papaya smoothie bowl for lunch blended with frozen banana and black sapote. And dinner was leftover taco salad.
