I am helping authors create their audiobooks. One author is very engaged, committed, and asks great questions—he is truly doing the work. Step by step. When I compare that to others who find many reasons why they can't start— I know, everyone is just at a different point. It reminds me that true leadership starts with oneself, so I am staying on top of my own tasks. I have a gathering with friends today, but I will keep it short so I have time afterward to continue working on promoting my books and my community..

I tried many things before finding what works. I used to just publish books from my heart, but now I know how to actually improve them. Thanks to the homework, I have total clarity: I will focus on optimizing my most successful book (the Spanish and German versions). I finally have the right tools and guidance to take action. YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram Community and Skool are my home base. Not showing up on Skool... I think I develop a sensibility ... people not showing up... not serious.
