I find the first session quite refreshing and looking forward to attending the next two! The PM processes slide covers everything a project manager needs to oversee. I got from the stakeholder slide, how to categorise and prioritise stakeholders using a visual mapping tool to identify their level of importance; Lastly on the constraints, these are interconnected, changing one affects the others!
