1. What is your name? Lance LeFort 2. What is your podcast? So far, just on Youtube under my name and our business name "LeFort Talent Group" 3. What do you do? I run a boutique management consulting firm. Primarily, we have head-hunted talent for production companies that build Feature Films and episodic TV for Netflix, Amazon, Paramount and Disney+, etc. We've also done work in other industries but our main niche has been digital entertainment. 4. What is your biggest podcasting challenge? The balancing act of running my business and getting the podcasts done. I just started recently doing basic interviews. I need to AMP them up to more targeted chats with CEOs focused more around talent attraction, talent development, talent retention. Basically, stop doing general conversations and talk directly with key people that are relevant to my business making more customers, more money, more work. 5. What do you hope to get out of this community? Learn from others, share ideas, pick up tips/tricks and also partner up with others if there are synergies where we can assist others.
