As you can see here, I'm transferring some minicourses I had prepared in different languages based on 10 texts: https://www.skool.com/frequency-circle-1437/classroom/6409a962 I created those texts, because I was tired of hearing people learning how to book a hotel by email during language classes - as if Booking and Airbnb didn't exist - or people who were stuck with super-basic sentences for years (both things happened to me during my Dutch courses). The only one I had actually quite "completed" was Dutch for French-speakers, which I'm now translating and adapting to English-speakers (I will also move the one in French too). I love it, but it takes a while 😅 ➡️ At the moment, the most active people are the ones for Dutch and Italian (thank you!) - so, my point is: check the link, do you think you need something similar for Italian too? New week, new ideas 😁 and some announcements: 1️⃣ I’m planning “chitchat” sessions for each language, keep an eye on the meetings. It’s not private tutoring, so how can you make the most of them, given that everyone has very different needs? CHECK THE CALENDAR HERE - you can't make it? Let me know some time slots in the comments, I want to vary the timings throughout the weeks so that I can accomodate everybody. Think of them as a sort of “mini stage” where you’ll share something you can prepare (but not read too much - it can be anything, something you’ve done, some reflections). - It doesn’t have to be interesting for the others, it has to be a USEFUL exercise for YOU, - even a couple of minutes are enough, - yes, we can be a bit egoistic. Everyone has their own path: the more what you’re going to say is relevant to your own life, the better you’ll learn. I KNOW IT’S EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, but it’s a way to mimic what happens in real life while giving ourselves a GREAT launchpad to start a conversation, because online chats with strangers are clearly not like natural conversations on the street, so we need to give them a little help :) 2️⃣ My long posts are going to be collected in the ‘Classroom’ tab - there I’ll also explain what these pics are about.
