Hi all, does anyone have experience or have they built an AI chat agent that can sms new leads and engage in a conversation with that lead? I have built chatbots on Voiceflow and call agents on Vapi. Although I'm looking to build out an AI chat agent that can sms my new leads when they come in and engage in a back/forth text conversation. Similar to Vapi how the AI agent is able to keep the conversation going, book appointments, send emails etc. Any advice, software or videos would be greatly appreciated

Does anyone have any case studies on how to build better-sounding AI callers? I've been using Vapi for my last few projects. They are cold-calling agents calling new leads/databases. hey everyone I have followed Brendan's video to make an AI cold caller but when I run the make system, it does manage to call my phone but once I pick up it hangs up straight away. When I Look at VAPI it says "An error occurred in this call: pipeline-error-eleven-labs-voice-not-found" I have tried using different voices on VAPI Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance ☺️
