Need steps on what to do on being sued by a loan company
Has anyone ever been sued by a loan company and if so how did it turn out. I have an upcoming hearing with 8/03/2026 for defaulting on a loan with a company I was with for years, I missed 3 payments, tried to make it right the I the 4 month. And now I'm hear, need guidance bc the amount keeps going up from what the original loan was for? Help

Hey Robin, yes I did check out the module and my only concern is that I don't have the loan docs anymore. The only thing I have is the upcoming hearing date and I may have the answer that I filed. Should I request a continuance to ask for discovery of items mentioned in the module?
