Viewing a property on Friday!🎉🎉
Hi everyone😊 I joined Ben & Hollie last Friday and I’ve just secured my first viewing! 🎉 Initially the letting agent wasn’t keen and said he didn’t think the landlord would be interested. I persevered and he said he would take the proposal to the landlord and it turns out the landlord was more than happy to consider it! So just keep pushing 🙌

@Michelle Spencer well done!! 👏🏻. we are having the same issue, can’t seem to get passed the estate agents at the moment to even meet the LL. A lot of agents don’t seem to do company lets as a standard policy across the firm. 🥴

A little help please …
Yesterday we joined the academy, we are currently working through the initial videos of setting the business up and wondered if it’s important to have an email address with a domain name or if an outlook email will do? We aren’t looking to set up a website just yet but want to look professional. Any help will be much appreciated!
