@Paul Griffin yes I would say that I mostly do meet them in an empowering way. There have been times in my life I haven’t though. For instance, in regards to growth, i could easily take on courses, sporting events or even ideas because someone thinks I should or they see my potential in it or even do it just because I can.. but I often don’t end up feeling fulfilled with it. It’s empty. I have learnt to ponder more on these things and feel if they align with who I am or who I want to become. Grow towards my authentic self. In regards to contribution, I have learnt to set boundaries. It hasn’t been easy, especially for those I care about. But I have found that because I am a contributor, people will take that and run with it.
The Momentum Reset Map — Rebuilding Momentum from the Inside Out
This session breaks down the Momentum Reset Map — a simple yet powerful way to rebuild drive and follow-through, no matter your goal. You’ll learn how to identify the real obstacles holding you back and how to use the 3 C’s of Momentum — Clarity, Consistency, and Certainty — to push through them. When you overcome the obstacles, the outcome is always the same: Momentum.

Great breakdown of the cycle! Reflecting back on some times in the past when I’ve lacked bit of clarity- eg ive had a lot of tasks needing to be tackled (as well as the noise of day to day life/work/kids) and really not known where to start. It has brought out feelings of overwhelm and then it has been easy to go looking for a distraction. This could be anything ,but the easiest being doom scrolling on social media. It’s something I’ve recognised and have already made changes to help break the cycle, but sometimes it creeps back in and I have to kick it to the curb lol.
Welcome to Unbound – Follow Through & Momentum
You made it. This is where we finally follow through — and build momentum that sticks. This group is part of the Unbound 8-Week Breakthrough, but whether you’re in the program or just joining the community, the goal is the same: To stop starting over. To build self-trust. To align clarity, identity, and systems — so you become unstoppable. What to do first: 1. Introduce yourself.Share who you are, what brought you here, and one thing you want to build momentum in (fitness, business, mindset, habits — anything). 2. Check the featured posts. That’s where you’ll find key lessons, links, and weekly challenges. 3. Engage.Comment, ask questions, and support others. We rise faster together. What this group is about: - Clarity & state mastery — reset your mind fast. - Identity & self-trust — consistency from the inside out. - Momentum architecture — habits and systems that carry you forward. What this group is not: - A place for negativity or excuses. - A pitch zone for your own offers. Remember: When you align your clarity, identity, and systems — you become unstoppable. No excuses. No limits. Welcome to the Unbound movement. Let’s build momentum.

👋 thanks for adding me to the group. My name is Kylie and I’m a business owner and mum of three. I have a strong passion for health, and contributing positively to peoples lives. Although I feel like I do create quite a bit of momentum in my life, I know that I am always a work in progress. I will always be a student and absolutely love growth and learning ways to better myself. I owe this to myself and to everyone in my life. I am looking forward to this 8 week course, to discover more about myself and allow what I’ve learnt to flow to the parts of my life where I need it the most.

Hi Paul, where do I find the human needs test? I did one years ago and would be interested to see if the results changed since then. 😊
