Step 1 - INTRODUCE yourself! ๐Ÿน and tell us where you're from
A little bit about me ๐Ÿน .... What I shoot - I shoot a Mathews Lift X... I got it in 2025 and it's been great I've had it for over a year and have put thousands of arrows through it! I also made a bow review of it. I'll attached the video below. https://youtu.be/pbViRTsdXPE?si=t9BHN5UXJRguOf1h Where I'm at - so I currently live in Arizona but I'm originally from Bismarck North Dakota. Back home is where I started to grow my love for archery. I originally had a bowtech insanity when I was a teenager and that was the bow I had for many years. I am used to cold winters so I moved to arizona in 2023 to get out of the heat. I want to really make this place the best community ever for everyone, I'm currently building an entire pro shop in my house. My hunts - I have not hunted with this bow yet, however I have it totally dialed in and ready to go for this 2026 season and I'm hoping to get my first deer. . Back home - none of my family was into hunting at all growing up so this is something I've had to really get into myself as a I get older. . Post some of your pictures or videos of you shooting below as you introduce yourself! CZ

@Casey Zander thank you
Stabilizer choices
I have noticed different size/ length of stabilizers, how do you know what is the correct choice?

The stabilizer is all about balance. Which makes it different for each person. For instance someone planning to strictly hunt only at a maximum of 40 yards can probably get away with either a short stabilizer or none at all. How ever if you trying to shoot at 40 yards plus more weight at the bottom of the bow will help with pin float on target. It will also help with fighting wind as well. I run a front and rear bar on my lift x 33. Iโ€™m also comfortable out to 70-80 yards with my bow and I enjoy going to 3d events. However I can remove all stabilizers and comfortably hunt in the fall as well. So a lot of it is simply what is your goal with the bow and how do you plan on using the bow.
