Some of the athletes are young, so you may see parent profiles representing them—and that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. Here’s how to use this space: - Follow along with workouts and challenges (parents can help guide younger athletes) - Post when your child has practiced, trained, or been active - Share progress, wins, or things they’re working on - Ask questions or get clarity on drills and activities - Encourage and support others in the group The goal of this community is simple: To create a place where athletes can keep improving, stay consistent, and build strong habits—with support from both coaches and parents. For parents—this is a tool to help you stay involved and support your child’s growth. For athletes—this is your space to show up, put in effort, and get better over time. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to do everything. Just stay active, stay consistent, and be part of the group.
