Introduce Yourself to Begin + Align Your Goals Congratulations! 🎊 You’re now ahead of most people in knowing why the nation is experiencing so much pain. We have a lot to cover, the movement begins now. You’ll celebrate daily, knowing you’re building on an everlasting foundation. To move forward in the community, please reply to this post with the following: Introduce Yourself! 1️⃣ Who are you right now? 2️⃣ What brought you here? 3️⃣ What do you want to understand, improve, or resolve in your body or performance? 4️⃣ One interest or hobby outside of training/work 1. What brought you here? 2. What does your body feel like lately? 3. One word you want more of this year 4. What are your hobbies? 5. What animals do you have or your favorite? There are no “right” answers. This is about orientation, not judgment. Read the Commitment Contract example below and reflect on what consistency can accomplish. Client Commitment Contract Example: “This agreement is between [Client Name] and the Basal Inner-G Revival, dedicated to life stewardship, renewal, and lasting transformation.” My Commitments: - Practice the routines and reflection for at least 5–10 minutes per day. - Record a check-in after each module (video, audio, or notes). - Share honest feedback to unlock next steps and bonuses. - Complete the initial Posture and Alignment module and select my path: - Engage in one reflection per module. - Ask for support when needed—to improve accountability and engagement.
