@Damian Thompson Yeah 100% you’re right. I currently have one doordasher paying $350/week in my accord. I boosted this marketplace listing for $3 for 3 days. Honestly I’ve had leads but some people were turning away with my old prices and higher deposit. I’m not in a rush, a qualified renter is worth the wait I think.

Getting some inquires through Facebook. Having my renters get a quote for non-owners policy for liability. I feel like it is an extra step in the process that can deter some renters. But I want to make sure they’re protected for liability
