Getting Customers to Leave Google Reviews
I was wondering if anyone else runs into this issue. When my guy or I complete a job, most of the time, the customer is very happy with the finished product. When I send the invoice, I include a link to my Google Business page and ask for a review. I’ll also mention it again when I follow up about a week later, but it rarely seems to work. Has anyone dealt with something similar or found a better way to get satisfied customers to actually leave a review?

Thank you guys for getting back to me! I appreciate your time and advice. This has helped tremendously. I do have a direct review link that I send to customers, but I’ll definitely start bringing it up during the walkthrough, showing them the link, and offering to help if needed. I’ll also set a monthly goal. Thanks again for your help and time!

I’m working on implementing a weekly scorecard for my company. It’s easy to get caught up in the projects I have going on at the moment, and I feel like having a scorecard will help hold me accountable when it comes to marketing, generating leads, and selling more jobs.
