Founders in the field has been a dream of mine for a long time. Being a business coach and helping people escape the 9-5, support their families, and actively pursue the life of their dreams fills me with so much joy it's unreal. But now imagine... getting paid to feel that joy. JOY OVERLOAD! haha. Now, I want to make something very clear. PLEASE don't buy my stuff if you are not going to take action. I only want to get paid if I am helping you get paid. If you purchase things and decide to not follow through, I am sorry, but I also lack empathy for those who decide to be a tire kicker. ACTION over PERFECTION! I have about 4 more e-books to write and put in the classroom before I do an official launch, but if people find me naturally before that, come on in! Will likely run ads to get people to join. I think it will be dope to start seeing this fill up, but will likely have to be in April, when jobs start picking up again after the winter hiatus. Anyhow. Been trying to work on hiring people, mainly contractors right now, and it has been going decently well, but it has all been under the table stuff, and I did have one nightmare contractor mess things up so it was off putting, but I am going to get back after it when the busy season picks back up around the end of March. Thinking of getting a remote setter to answer calls, respond to messages, give estimates, and book quote appointments. Also will try and get 1 or 2 Field Techs (or more if we start getting too much work) to work in the field and complete the jobs. This will allow me the time and energy to focus on going out and giving quotes, landing government and commercial contracts, and admin work (bookkeeping, taxes, invoice submissions, customer service, etc) If anyone has experience hiring people, comment below! Will update this as I continue to push for this in 2026.

The key to any business, is to keep pushing, especially when it gets hard. Every successful business owner decided to stick it out when others would have quit. This is why it is so important to embrace failure as a learning lesson. There will be jobs that suck horribly. It's freezing cold, raining, you're soaking wet because you didn't bring waterproof clothes, your nose is running, your on a slippery roof, and the job is way bigger than you originally thought so you definitely undercharged... oh well, get it done and move on. Just keep moving and learning. If you feel down in the dumps because you messed something up or things are getting hard. Come and rant in this group. Thought jobs were going to be non existing after Christmas but have been going strong, even working on new years day. Only booked out till Monday JAN 5th but still better than last year. Super stoked for this year of growth. :)
