Training Platform Poll Question
Earlier this week I asked about which training platform you used. I assumed the majority would say Training Peaks as it's been around the longest and most people are attached to it. I asked because TP is not the best when it comes to ease of use for strength training. While I like the new format which enables video integration, it still doesn't sync seamlessly, or enable merging of workout data the way it does for endurance training. Right now, if you do the Strength2Go workouts in TP, you must manually input your data within the workout inside of TP to get it to go "green", but also use heart rate and time data from your Garmin(or other) watch to get a TSS (Training Stress Score) and have it effect your overall fatigue/fitness levels. As I build out the Strtength2Go project, what are some of the things you think you'd like to see?

ive used TP since late 2003 along with WKO+ as a pro coach, other then a couple other options (Vekta), there is nothing better and more universal. i have athletes from Slovakia to San Diego who had accounts when we started i can get as tech or lwo tech as i want when it comes to analysis (esp the bike) TP has owned TrainHeroic for a long time now - and the new builder format is a jump ahead. it has limits for sure, but all do. as far as trying to QUANTIFY strength sessions, this is REALLY hard. HR is not a good indicator. I tend to use a VERY simple "constant" of about 30TSS per hour for all strength. Unless its something more metabolic like plyos etc

@Jeff Boyer for strength? probably not. TP is slowly moving high level stuff from WKO over to be native on the app but since we try to be strong triathletes/runners/cyclist/nordic skiers, etc and not "strength athletes" i dont need a ton of usability over there - i can track things like 1 RM (if i ever tested that) or working loads of people in my notes
