Has anyone worked out a bullet proof (or close) email capture solution?
I'll be ever grateful to see a working solution to voice agent reliably ad accurately capturing caller email! Or your best workaround. Thanks!

Thanks Mihran. Is your system in production, ie, in a real world setting with different callers, phone quality, and it where accuracy is critical to the customers business? My experience is that in this type of setting, a basic prompt gets less than 8/10, and this isn't good enough. BTW, I'm using 4.1. Not sure what 'stt' is. My agent needs to be highly accurate, otherwise client can't onboard their leads properly. Thanks for your input.

Yes, a well curated look at emerging AI tech, specifically linking it back to how we can use and leverage it in our Voice Agent builds. Also +1 to @Ryan Smith suggestion of the practical business application... ie fulfilling and managing customers.
