I wanted to share something I’ve used since I was a young buck at VCU making recruiting calls. There are tons of new ways now, but I always go back to this old-school version. It helps me remember the most important things about recruits and their inner circle ⭕️. As a visual learner, it’s easy to relook at it later, and they feel like you truly know them and what matters most. The first picture is how it starts.
