I have been struggling with PCOS and insulin resistance, along with cortisol and adrenal issues for over 10 years now. It is so refreshing to find answers and guidance as none of my doctors have ever worked on the root cause. I'm a work in progress and feeling better than I have in years. Just wish I could have been able to understand the issue sooner. Love that the message is getting out there so women find hope and direction to stop the cycle.
