Beyond that, there is no guaranteed way to stop someone from misusing your link, but here’s what you can do to protect herself: If you’re offering a beta test, you can require people to comment publicly and then send the access privately through DM. Before sharing the link, she can send a short agreement that outlines the expectations and terms for beta testers (like not sharing the product). But even with that in place, there’s always some risk, someone could misuse or resell it even after it’s live and you’re selling it. That’s why it’s important to have legal protections in place (like terms and conditions or copyright) for any digital product.
