This is such an interesting question! I've worked in all sorts of customer service roles and I found that the most underrated skill to have is communication. Each person you deal with will always have different communication styles and really navigating that can be quite difficult. I always found that communication isnt really a skill a lot of people are taught.

Hey! Im Krystal from Adelaide, Australia. I have just finished my nail certificate at the end of 2025, and started my little home studio in January 2026.
