Skool or FB group? Your Vote Matters!
Hi everyone! I did a small test of about 100 people in this free Skool Community. I initially only let 100 people in but then I let a few more in that came organically. My goal was to experience using Skool as a place for my free community to come together as opposed to Facebook. I think there are pros and cons to both. I'm going to end this test now and I'd like to survey you to understand how you want me to move forward with my free community. Do you want to stay here on Skool or would you like to have it on Facebook? Things to think about: - Are you actually coming into this Skool group and interacting/ consuming content/ asking questions/making connections? - Would you actually go into the FB group and interact/ consume content/ ask questions/make connections? - When you get emails from the Skool system about the posts I make, do you make an effort to come and read/watch? - If I emailed you about something I posted in the FB group would you go and read/watch? Please let me know your thoughts. The way you want to interact with me matters and I want to be able to reach you in a way that is not ignored and I want to be able to create a safe and collaborative environment you are excited to pop into each day.

As much as I like the Skool platform when I am on my computer, I have difficulty with it on my phone. I do click on the links to view the posts when I get the emails and I try to at least view a post or 2 everyday, some days are better than others. On Facebook it is eaiser for me to access so I would be more able to interact with everyone from anywhere.

@Malorie Tadimi I feel like if the app was available I would be able to access it more easily, I ususally will check Facebook on my phone quickly for anything important in a group I am in while I am waiting somewhere. It would be important to have the groups I am in easily accessible in one spot without a separate login for each group. I like that Skool is just the beneficial content I want to see and not junk from everyone else that takes forever to get through to find the important stuff the way Facebook does.
TIP: Skyrocket your close rate on sales calls
There are TWO things you must do on a sales call to skyrocket your close rate. If you do nothing else differently, and only these two things, you will get more clients. 1. Clarify why the client is there and why they want your help. 2. Label the problem. Let the client admit the problem that they have. Yes, it's really THIS simple. What questions do you have for me about this? I'm an open book. Ask away 👇

If the client isn't sure what they are there for or what they want help with how do you get them to that point? How much time would you take for the process to get them to admit the problem they have?

@Malorie Tadimi Thanks!!
Self-Confidence: PLEASE RESPOND
How do you all feel about self-confidence??? Be honest so we can build something that helps you. Help me help you! Please copy and paste these questions into the reply box below and thoughtfully answer ALL of them. Give me details. Being an entrepreneur requires us to be confident in ourselves. Much of what we sell is tied to our own selves because it is content we are creating based on our personal experiences. It is very much "our work". I want to understand where and how we can boost you up when it comes to self-confidence. 1. Do you feel confident in yourself? 2. Do you feel confident that your offer tremendously helps people? 3. Do you feel confident sharing your face and video on social media? 4. Do you feel confident with being visible and your visibility? 5. Do you feel confident in sharing your opinion on social media even though people will disagree? 6. Do you have an inner feeling of unbreakable conviction when you talk about your offers? 7. Do you need help with this? 8. Or do you feel like it's actually a different problem and not this? If so, what is it?

1. Do you feel confident in yourself? There are pieces of me that I am very confident about. I am confident in my energy skills, my knowledge of essential oils and supporting others on their healing journey. I am not confident in my content creation, posting pictures of myself or using all of the technology pieces that this new world enviornment has made a priority. I am very much a relationship centered person and I am working on getting comfortable building those relationships through technology. 2. Do you feel confident that your offer tremendously helps people? I am definitely confident that what I have to offer will absolutely help people. 3. Do you feel confident sharing your face and video on social media? I am very NOT confident sharing my face and video on social media. I am very critical of my appearance. I am working on this piece though by working on some core beliefs. The current one that has come up is that if I become "famous" I will end up alone. 4. Do you feel confident with being visible and your visibility? I am not confident with being visible yet but I am working on it. I am tired of hiding, I know it is time to step into the light because I can't help all of the people I am meant to help if I am in hiding. TIme to come out of the coccoon. 5. Do you feel confident in sharing your opinion on social media even though people will disagree? If there is an issue I feel strongly about and I feel it is something I need to say something about, I am absolutely confident in sharing my opinion, even if someone disagrees. 6. Do you have an inner feeling of unbreakable conviction when you talk about your offers? I am unbreakable as far as what the offer will do for them, the breakable part is the price of the offer. I know my time and my offer are valuable, I have a hard time asking for what I am worth not because I don't feel that I am worth it but because I want to help everyone. But I also know it is about priorities and if this work is a priority for them then they will find a way to pay for it, just like I do when it is time for me to up-level again. 7. Do you need help with this? Yes, please. 8. Or do you feel like it's actually a different problem and not this? If so, what is it? I feel that getting comfortable with asking for what I am worth is definitely something I need help with and being comfortable being seen is the other thing I need help with.
WHY I DONT SELL MY BEST WORK
My best work is never the offer that creates millions in sales. It’s the work I don’t put into an offer because I know it won’t be a hit. My best work just comes up when you’re in proximity to me. The closer you are to me, the more you experience it — if you know you know. This is part of the secret to business mastery. You’ve got to know what makes it to the top of the charts and what doesn’t. That’s how as a business growth strategist I strategically create repeatable success with my clients. Working with a few of the largest Fortune 500 companies allowed me to crack this code. Ask me questions about this below.

Here is my perception of your post.... your best work comes up in the moment when you are with your client working through their process. In that moment, that is when the magic happens and even though it is part of the process it really doesn't have the draw that the other parts do.
