How wonderful to be able to spend time with family AND have an ability to positively impact teachers while you are there! Enjoy!

School #1 for the 4 day work weeks. Having that extra day that I could set aside to do planning and grading, and having a day on which I could schedule personal appointments or PD (or to allow me a short recharge-getaway) would reduce stress tremendously, allowing me to be at school every day for the kids while also giving me time to take care of ME. Currently, class sizes can be 28-32, so 34 is just a few more. If classes were smaller on a 5 day week, I might reconsider my response and go with #2. Observe away! I'd want APs to participate in class, though, if they were to come in every week!
