I have the Klow 80mg. I would like to mix it and try it. Does anyone have best recommendations for my first poke?

So I accidentally froze my bac water. Is it still ok to use? Didn’t realize the fridge was going out and isn’t reliable. Froze everything in the back.

I’ve been using S-glp1 for 2 years now. I added Lipo-C about 6 months ago and I can’t loose any weight. The food noise is back. Any suggestions. I have Klow and haven’t used it. Should I add it? Any suggestions would be helpful.
