@Sabber Ahamed It is! However, I love how they all beautifully weave together. I have yet to integrate breath work into my sound baths and one on one healing sessions. I do have clients breathe a little at the start of each session or sound bath to help them clear the stressors from the day and land in the space. Though I plan on incorporating breath work into my offerings as I learn more.
