Learn to allow: introduction
Hey everyone! Chris here, I'm excited about this new endeavor and I'm so glad you're part of it! This is my first time ever putting together a coaching course, and I think it's going to be a valuable experience for both of us. This course is all about learning to allow, which essentially means to let go of the blocks that prevent yourself from receiving more desired results in life. These blocks can be results of self-doubt, fear, jealousy, anger, frustration, general stress, self worth issues, or even more nuanced things like judgement or condemnation of circumstances. Be sure to check the calendar tab at the top and see all of our scheduled calls I'll be hosting. I've put together an outline that I think is a good start-to-finish ride, that lays out the fundamentals, builds upon them with specifics, and then provides practical tools and processes for you to easily apply - all with the intention of finding more ease, peace, presence and joy! Feel free to make a post in the community and introduce yourself. I have a feeling throughout this month long process, some new friends will be made. We are all like-minded people with a similar goal, and I'm thankful/honored to be leading the discussions around this tribe!
