We had such a great time Tuesday night practicing different types of muscle testing and connecting to the body in our yes and no's! We learned how important being hydrated is to getting a clear connection in the body. We are having another in person class this Sunday at 2pm, and we would love for all of you to come and practice with us. I really love practicing these with each other in the community. 💜
