After a rough day at work a good run is what I needed

After sickness through our house and just crazy life !! I needed this ride today.

My name is Kristi I am new to this community. I am married for 7 years and have a 5 year old who keeps me busy and on my toes. I am a 7 year tongue cancer survivor which almost broke me , but also made me stronger. I am here for help with my fitness goals , help with meal planning and to make me better for myself .
