@Jen Barnett I can relate! I just left a company that constantly changed direction and vision which made it very difficult to be strategic or work on projects that I was proud of. Sometimes, the constant delegation of tasks is harder to keep track of and it's a balancing act on what to actually delegate. Ever feel like a ping pong ball between senior leadeship and the actual work? I did!!! So, now, I'm starting my own event planning business - where I work for myself and delegate to me, voila! LOL We'll see how this goes!
