Day 5 The control and power of my kicks have improved a lot. Tried to do the 54321 kicks but still gotta focus on consistency. Tomorrow I will work on my kicks consistency and bringing my left shoulder back

Today the movements felt more familiar and I started to get that snap into the kicks. Still need to focus on consistency and turning the hips. Will focus on flexibility and open up my hips more

Hello everyone today marks the first day of the challenge. To get the most out of these next 14 days…please do the following 📝 🎥 Record your attempt and upload it in the comments section for each new day of the challenge. You can have your first 10 reps in normal speed, then increase the speed for the remaining part of your video. 🤔 Briefly explain what you learnt from today’s attempt, e.g. did anything feel awkward with your movement, how was your timing, coordination or contact? 👊 What will you focus on in Day 2? Examples: transferring weight, increasing/decreasing speed, returning back to stance etc. Reflecting helps you to become more aware of the little details that will make a massive improvement at the end of the challenge instead of mindlessly throwing strikes. Hey everyone, What mainly felt awkward was getting used to the motion, turning the hips and turning the foot out especially on concrete😂 Will focus on getting the hips to turn in more and getting back into stance
