Definitely is easier to establish this while single I think. Easier to partner with brothers, take risk, go hungry every now and then plus unlimited time daily to pursue goals and conquests. You lose time, energy and focus when you start pursuing females. Also teaches you hopefully to pursue and filter the right woman, otherwise you’re gonna lose a lot of your stash.

Pausing is key. Gives time to organize thoughts and assess the best way to handle the situation in front of you

@Coach Raph personally coach I think because most people grow up without that model. If you see it and it’s practiced normally around you, I think it becomes the default pattern, however, most people are like me that have had to go without that model and learn it later

My sister was an up and coming prodigy in our sport. At 14 she was BARELY losing to Senior National Team members but could never break through. The year we expect her to finally make National team she gets knocked out, cold. The opponent and her coach were celebrating because they couldn’t believe they won the upset against my sister… My sister never really came back to the sport after that…. Over 10 years later, during the #metoo movement, several women came forward and said the one of the coaches and players at the time had drugged and SAd them while they were abroad at competitions… When the news was coming out my father said “maybe that’s why God never let her reach National Team”
