THANK YOU Dr. Stephanie!!!
I joined the RootRx program late June and I received my Protocol this morning and I have spent the last few hours reading through everything and crying ... There have been happy tears because I have FINALLY found someone who is looking at my labwork and addressing my long-term issues. However, there have been more tears wept in frustration for the gaslighting I have experienced, from multiple providers over the last 20 years, as my labwork has been deemed "normal" because the Dr. or NP doesn't know how to look at the labs TOGETHER as a whole picture of my health. All of that money spent on office visits, labwork, allergy testing, supplements, medications FOR 20+ YEARS knowing that nothing was helping me heal. Also, hours and hours spent on the Internet researching and trying to make connections between my symptoms and possible causes & then asking my provider if what I found applies to me only to be told 'no' when, in actuality, my new Protocol tells me that I HAD figured some things out! I know that @Dr. Stephanie Dunlop is active on here helping answering questions about labs, etc. but I highly recommend the RootRx program if you really want to get everything figured out once and for all. I am just beginning my 16-week Protocol and can already say that this will be the BEST money I have ever spent on myself hands down!! I am sooo looking forward to each step of the Protocol and the healing it is going to bring to me, both physically and mentally. I wish I could meet Dr. Stephanie in person so that I could give her the biggest hug LOL, but this 'thank you' post will have to do for now.
Hello, everyone!
I have struggled with digestion-related issues- mostly hiding them or learning to tolerate them- for my entire life. Though, all the little tricks I used were zero help once I became perimenopausal. I'm hoping to tease out whatever I'm doing that isn't serving me and find some evidence that explains what is going on inside of my gut. Giddy up!

Do you have food sensitivities or reflux?
Menopause is not a joke!
Hello All. I’m Shebrelle Hunter-Green from NYC. I’m 54 and recently began learning how huge of an impact menopause has been affecting me. I saw Dr. Stephanie on IG and immediately sent the labs she posted to my Dr. I’m Here because I need to feel better. I wake up feeling bad and thought I was crazy. Now I know I’m Not, menopause is crazy lolll. I look forward to leading and feeling good! Thank you

Yes, menopause changes everything! You are not crazy and I hope you can get some help here! I am also tired of my providers telling me my labs are normal 🙄.
Ferritin level of 6 😲!!
I just got some blood work results back today and my ferritin is SIX ... 6 😳!?!?! This is down from a result of 9 that I got 6 weeks ago and it was 22 six months ago. Lots of other labwork to go along with it, but how am I even getting through the day without a nap? 🤔 I have an EGD/colonoscopy in a few weeks to check things out. I'm calling my FNP on Monday because everything I am researching says that I am in "needing blood transfusion" territory. Ugh

Howdy everyone!
Hi, everyone! I'm Wendy. I will turn 50 in a few weeks. Perimenopause is grinding my gears a bit. I'm struggling with my weight and am very tired no matter how much I sleep. I hope to share inspiration and love with everyone here as well as be a listening ear when needed. It's good to be here
